Refunds/exchanges
Except where We offer, at our absolute discretion, an applicable Ticket exchange or resale, refund facility or Deposit refund, Tickets or deposits cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase or being placed unless the performance is cancelled altogether or rescheduled to a different day only (NOT including a change of start and finishing times, and subject to below) or where there is a ‘material change’ to the programme of Event.
Where an Event is cancelled or rescheduled to a different day (NOT including a change of start and finishing times, and subject to below) by the Venue or Promoter, where an Event is cancelled altogether or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond Our control, or where there is a ‘material change’ to the programme of the Event, You will be entitled to claim a refund from Us but only by this clause.

The use of ‘understudies’ in a performance shall not be a material change or a slight change to the menu options.
Under no circumstances will We refund the ticket price or deposits for ticket purchasers if You can no longer attend the event regardless of the excuse or You’ve simply changed Your mind.
Where an Event has been cancelled altogether or re-scheduled to a different day by Us (not including a change of start and finishing times) then you will be entitled to claim a refund.
Where such a refund is required; You must notify us by email of your intentions that you require a refund as soon as you are aware of such material change, cancellation or where the Event has been rescheduled, prior to the rescheduled Event. After the rescheduled date your current ticket will be classed as a normal sale and will not be entitled to a refund.
The refund for Tickets will equal the face value of the Tickets purchased only, excluding any booking fee. To claim Your refund, please apply via email at hello@aitchb.com enclosing Your complete unused Tickets, if received, within 7 days from the date of the Event.
Once the tickets have been received by Us; We will make payment immediately. If you have placed a deposit or purchased your tickets online and have not received your tickets, please apply in writing to the address above quoting your name, address and booking reference number.
Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the Tickets and, when possible, is made using the same method as was used to purchase the Tickets except, at Our discretion, where payment was made by cash or cheque.
